During the month of August, the Artists' Cooperative Gallery will feature the work of member artist Jasmine Greenwaldt. The show runs August 1–27, 2023. Please join us at the opening reception on Friday, August 4, 6 to 9 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.

Jasmine says of her work, "A combination of gentle serenity to contrast bold activity, this is what I strive for. I achieve this by playing with different mediums, colors and an array of strokes. I welcome the unexpected – not only in my artwork, but in my life. The process of creation and exploration has just as much importance as the finished product itself. To paint emotion is what I ultimately desire, even if the result is wild or unpredicted. I want the viewer to not simply see, but feel."

The Artists' Cooperative Gallery has been showing work from respected area artists since 1975. Members conduct educational and cultural outreach activities, and maintain and staff the gallery. The space features a wide variety of media, including sculpture, weaving, painting, jewelry, ceramics, photography and drawing. These openings provide the public with an opportunity to meet our members and learn more about their art.
